SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kleanwater NZ. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

If we are experiencing any delays in either processing or deliveries of orders,  we will contact you via email or telephone to advise of this.

Shipping & Return

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose your shower head carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the product you have purchased is faulty or defective we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (reimbursement of this fee will apply if the product is found to be faulty). Proof of purchase is also required.

 

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, except where the claim is due to a manufacturing defect or fault, goods are different from that which you have ordered or your goods are damaged in transit.

 

If you do receive a product that is faulty or different from that which you purchased, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the product. We will inspect the returned product and if found to be faulty or different from that which you purchased, you will be reimbursed for the return freight charge.

 

If goods are damaged in transit Kleanwater NZ may refuse to exchange these damaged goods if you have signed for them at the time of delivery, accepting the goods were received in good condition.

 

Please ensure you check your goods for any damage prior to signing the delivery docket.
